How we work

The whole process, written down before you ask.

Most agencies explain this on a call, one prospect at a time, which is convenient for the agency. Here it is instead, including the parts that are inconvenient for us.

The stages

  1. 01

A call, then a written scope

Thirty to forty minutes to understand the situation, then a document listing what we will do, what we will not, what it costs, and when it lands. You are not committed to anything by asking.

  2. 02

    Build, in the open

Work happens on a staging URL you can look at whenever you like. No month of silence followed by a reveal. You will see rough versions, which is the point — changing things is cheap at that stage.

  3. 03

    One review pass, properly

You collect feedback in one place and we work through it together, rather than trading twenty separate emails. Two rounds are included and we tell you plainly when a request is a new piece of work rather than a revision.

  4. 04

Launch, with the keys handed over

Everything ships into accounts registered to you. You get the logins, the documentation, and a walkthrough recorded so whoever joins next does not have to ask us.

  5. 05

    After

Either we run the ongoing work, or we do not and you have everything you need to. Both are normal endings. We do not build anything only we can maintain.

We are UTC+05:45. Here is the overlap, honestly.

Our day runs 09:00 – 18:00 NPT. For Europe, the Gulf and Asia there is real overlap. For the Americas there is almost none inside normal hours, so those calls get scheduled deliberately and we say so up front rather than after you have signed.

Each row is that region’s own 24 hours. Solid marks are the hours we are both at work; dim marks are our day against your night. The tick on every row is where that region’s clock is right now.

The awkward questions

Who owns the code, the domain and the ad accounts?

You do, from the first day, in accounts registered to you. We work inside them with access you grant. If we stop working together, you revoke our access and nothing of yours breaks or has to be rebuilt. We do not host your domain hostage, and we do not build on a platform only we can edit.

Why a team based in Nepal?

Our costs are lower than an agency in London or Sydney, so the same work costs you less. That is the whole trade, and we would rather state it than dress it up. What it does not change is who does the work — the same people you meet on the first call are the ones building it.

What happens when something goes wrong?

You get a named person, not a ticket queue. Site down is a same-day response regardless of the hour. Anything else gets picked up within one working day. When we cause a problem, we fix it and we do not bill you for the fix.

What happens after launch?

A site nobody touches loses ground within months — search results move, plugins age, forms silently break. That is what the Grow work is for. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand over documentation and show your team how, and that is a legitimate ending rather than a failure.
